Built for versatility, the TE 541 3D FVZ model features rounded flanges with a 28 mm flange width and an overall flange height of 185 mm. Constructed from Aluminium and Steel, it’s engineered for durability and confident everyday performance.
Installation is suitable for a wide range of frames—use with steel, wooden, or aluminium frames, including DIN left and DIN right applications. With an opening angle of 180°, it’s ideal for interiors where easy access and full swing are important.
What sets this hinge apart is its 3D continuous adjustment. You can fine-tune side movement by 3 mm, adjust height within -3 to +3 mm, and set closing pressure with ±1 mm. This makes it a great choice for achieving consistent door alignment, even when installations need a little flexibility.
For the right fit, it’s designed for door thicknesses of ≥40 mm and routing with a 24 mm router bit (with a 30 mm thrust ring). When installed in pairs, it supports a maximum door weight of 100 kg—ideal for demanding residential or commercial use.
