Ideal for furniture builders and installers, this 120N spring force gas strut is engineered for reliable day-to-day operation and a clean, professional finish.

This auto lid stay is for wooden flaps or flaps with an aluminium frame, with a working length of 164 mm and an opening angle of 90°. It’s suited to cabinet heights of 200–600 mm and supports lid weights up to 13.5 kg (please consider the sample measurement guidance).

Built from steel with a zinc alloy cylinder, the lid stay is finished in a smart grey silver tone, with a matching silver grey cover. Designed for fine-tuning, it includes an adjustment facility with travel ±3 mm using the adjusting wheel—perfect for achieving the ideal lift and closing feel.

Easy installation is another standout: it’s intended for screw fixing into 32 mm series drilled holes via the mounting bracket (for screw fixing or plug fitting). For best results, trial mounting is recommended—especially where threshold values apply.
