Built for versatility, the TE540 3D A8 supports a wide range of installation scenarios. It’s suitable for steel, wooden and aluminium frames and is an excellent choice for flush doors. For DIN left and DIN right applications, the hinge is designed to accommodate installation requirements with straightforward mounting.

Engineered for control, this model features 3-way continuous adjustment—side adjustment of 3 mm, height adjustment of -3 to +3 mm, and closing pressure tolerance of ±1 mm. That means you can fine-tune the door for consistent gaps, improved closing feel, and long-term alignment stability.

With a rounded flange, a 32 mm flange width and 200 mm flange height, it’s designed to look balanced on the door and frame. Constructed from aluminium and steel, it offers durable strength for demanding everyday use.

Operationally, the TE540 3D A8 provides an opening angle of 180° and supports doors with a thickness of ≥40 mm. When using two hinges, the maximum door weight is 100 kg. The hinge is supplied with fixing screws for the frame (not for the door part).
