Zipbolt QT11.600 Full Mitre Connector

The distance form the edge of the material to the centre of the Ø 25 mm bore hole is 60 mm. Depending on the angle the material is cut and the depth of the bore hole, the actual distance will vary. The zipbolt has been designed to be adjusted on the full scope of threaded shaft. For further adjustment when drilling the 9 mm shaft continue to drill past the 25 mm bore hole. This allows the shaft to travel further past the gear head when tensioning zipbolt.
