The Black Door Chain, may be used as a great additional security feature for use on entrance doors; this door chain can be 'latched' to provide the opportunity to open the door just slightly before anyone can enter directly. 
This door chain is particulary strong as it is hand-forged individually from steel on an anvil, rather than cast, as is the case with most of its fellow door chains.
The forging marks made by our skilled blacksmiths during the crafting of these products means that no two pieces are precisely the same, and adds to the products raw authenticity.
Great care has been placed on the details of these hand crafted items - Even the individual chain links are individually hand-wrought.
