Brompton Door Knocker

The Brompton Door Knocker has an industrial knurling pattern on the bottom of the knocker. The diamond pattern creates a modern look on your front door, which can then be matched with the rest of the Brompton front door furniture or internal door hardware. Fixes to your door using a bolt-through fixing for the knocker and strike plate which is fitted with a matching knurled bolt head on the internal side of the door.

Available in - 

Aged Bronze - Manufactured from solid bronze containing a minimum of 85% copper. The finish has a rich, Matt look and is very dark due to the process used to age the metal. To preserve the dark tones of this finish, we apply a durable Matt lacquer at the final stages of manufacturing.

Black - A popular choice in traditional settings. Its subtle sheen offers a bold contrast on stained and painted timber alike. During the manufacturing process, our Black products are baked in a high-temperature oven, giving them durable, corrosion-resistant qualities.

Matt Black - A distinct contemporary feel. Naturally, it looks great in ultra-modern interiors, but this versatile finish is timeless and will create a sophisticated statement in traditional or more rustic settings too. The matt black finish is applied to a base material of solid steel and then baked in a high-temperature oven, resulting in a subtle black patina that emphasises the product's clean silhouette.

Pewter Patina - Forged from a durable base of steel and is a fine example of how our unique manufacturing techniques add further detail to the natural charm of metals. The process by which the contrasting textures of this finish are created results in a rich appearance that sits well in characterful, rustic homes but also offers a contemporary alternative in more modern settings.

Polished Nickel - A high-quality plating applied to solid brass. This finish is bright, reflective and extremely versatile. It is very well suited to modern properties but equally matched to traditional settings due to the warm, calm tones. As our nickel finish is made using only one plating on brass, it offers a subtle warmth that cannot be replicated by more modern chrome finishes.

Polished Stainless Steel - A perfect match for our pewter, polished nickel, polished chrome or satin chrome products, the stainless steel base material helps protect against rusting & oxidisation.
